MAZE4 GPU vs. MCW60 vs. Fuzion GFX

OK, maybe someone here has better googling skills than me. I'm looking for a direct comparison of the MAZE4 GPU and the Swiftech MCW60 (or MAZE4 vs. Fuzion). D-Tek Fuzion GFX and MCW60 comparisons are easy enough to find. I'm asking because I've got an 8800GT on the way and I'm wondering whether it'd be worth it to pick up a new block. Full coverage blocks aren't really that appealing right now, because all the places I've e-mailed have said they're at least two weeks away still. Not to mention the price and flow restriction.

 

The Fuzion is $40-45. The MCW60 is about $45. The MAZE4 is free because I've already got one. Whatever block I end up using, I'll be getting RAMsinks for the RAM and voltage regulators.

 

Think there'd be a performance difference worth paying $40 for?

Unless 3-5 C matters so much to you that $40 is worth it

The block you have will be fine, not really all that much differance in performance anyways. I just installed my old MCW60 on my new 8800GT last week, I saw no reason to go out and buy a new block when the old one worked just fine.

I was going to use a maze4 I had on my 2900 but it would not fit, its an older one from back in the 9800 days. I was going to get the MCW60 as my next choice but petra was out at the time so I took the D-Tek Fuzion GFX.

I would just keep the Maze4. IMO there isn't enough performance difference to justify the extra $40, but that is just me.

Yeah, I was leaning toward keeping the MAZE4, but now I'm wondering whether it'll fit or not. Mine's fron the 9800 days as well.
