They are NOT polymers, these are sleevless electrolyte caps, and a bad ones, I might add. JetWay do this all the time. Remember their mobos full of GSC crap-caps? PS. bad caps, Jamicons, are on X-Fi used for voltage filering (even they are not low-ESR at all) as well, as for audio signal decoupling (even they are not audio grade caps at all and hence they damage the sound of the card notably (!) ...). They in datasheets mention a little thing called "Endurance" and the BEST polymer caps has 2 000 hours.
