I think that you should change the font for your name to a grafiti type font, just seems some what fitting...

 

as far as the flashing goes, it looks nice, but whats up with the ray that goes off the pic?

err...um....no offense...but remember when I said it could look "really cool" or "really corny"?...well...maybe you should stick to non-animated sigs from now on

sorry for asking but what program are you using i would like to get into that kind of thing.

For the image, I used Photoshop. If you want to get started, I used to look at http://good-tutorials.com religiously. Upload your work and get critiqued. For the crappy animation part, I used flash. Everything I know in flash was taught to me by my Webdesign teacher. Pretty much he just showed us how to tween, then let us experiment.
