Personally if you're gonna do anything to any car then you should do some engine/performance work first...

Your main goal in buying "RIMS" shouldn't be just to make your car look good, it should be because they are are lighter and can use a more performance oriented tire.

 

I know some people are saying "yea but its a 4-banger"

Dont forget, any power/performance increase in any vehicle is welcomed.

 

IMHO id rather have a beast of a car that handled nicely and went like stink then a cool looking car that performs horribly...

yeah, but bigger rims on a car like that means skinnier tires. and in my book that makes the ride total crap.

 

 

of course that's because I've only owned 2 cars and countless trucks. I don't know how much different it feels in a car vs a truck when you loose 3/4 of the rubber / air in your tires.

those wheels look cool, but they'll sure make your 10" disc brakes look like crap
