which of those 4 is the best?

Out of those three, I would also go with the Seagate (mostly because they are generally a touch quieter). However, if your budget is around $110 or so, you may want to look into this one. It's got 16MB cache, so it'll be a little quicker than the ones you linked to. Don't worry about SATA150 or 3.0 seeing as how most HD's don't even use up the bandwidth that ATA133 offers.

now since idont wannt to start over when i get the new hard drive, i can make a exact copy of my hard drive and transfer it to the new sata one correct?

yes you can do that...its only on a new harddrive and staying in the same rig, so it shouldn't cause you any problems....just make sure you specify in the BIOS to start up with the SATA port and not......whatever you were on before :D

Acronsi makes software that will do that, i also thing that Norton does as well. you Clone the HDD image over tot he new one.

 

i would get teh Seagate IMO, iv never had an issue with a seagate, they are a bit faster and quieter than teh WD'd too :P and have a 5 year warrenty, instead of a 3 with WD.
