caffeinejunkie Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 It depends on what you want do you want it to be overall quite or do you want it to be loud and cool well it just all depends. Pretty much any fan will do it just depends on you.
GDubb56 Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 id like it to be abotu 50/50 i guess. i mean im not a freakin mouse or sumthin that doesnt ever wanna be heard or something. i dont want it to be a loud constant annoying buzz, but just so its not too noticeable. and id like it to be somewhat cool for stability and performance. so yea
caffeinejunkie Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 check out this one http://xoxide.com/enermax-80mm-fan-uc-8abs-b.html it sounds like it will suit your needs. It won't produce alot of noise and it moves a decent ammount of air not to mention it has a speed control knob built on so you can make it even quieter. and it doesn't look half bad

CompXT Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 The TT's are pretty quite. I like the Vantec Spectrums but they can be kinda loud for some people. The move a desent amount of air compared to the TT's though.
Slyder42 Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 I got 2 Thermaltake Smart Case Fan 2 fans... I like them alot. LOTS OF AIRFLOW and not much louder than a fridge starting up its compressor and fan. Its all controlled by a Kingwin Thermal Center and when it gets hot, the fans get REALLY LOUD My recommendation for your case cooling is to get a nice AUTOMATIC thermal controller for some piece of mind along with a few speed controllable fans. Some thermal sensors and the control wires are easy to install and its nice to have the computer know how fast to spin the fans. If you manually control it wrong, you COULD do some damage to your computer. I heard good things about SilverStone's fans as well.. They got some nice white speed controlled fans ... some 80mm and a nice big 120mm. Dual ball bearing for longer life. Good luck dude!
