CompXT Posted March 27, 2004 Posted March 27, 2004 I have a Raidmax Xoxide case that can hold up to 9x80mm fans. I am probably just going to use 5 and a Coolermaster Jet 7 as a heatsink fan. I want to use the Aerogate II to control 4 of the fans but im not sure what fans to use and where i need to put the senors. Anyone have any suggestions? Nuclear Posted March 27, 2004 Posted March 27, 2004 If you're asking where to put the fans, here's what I would do: 2 80MM Fans in the front for intake 2 80MM Fans in the back for exhaust 1 80MM Fan in the side panel acting as intake 1 80MM Fan in the top panel acting as a blow-hole exhaust Whichever fans you control is up to you. I don't see the needs of controlling the front or rear fans, as they will be running 100%, 100% of the time. I would control my CPU fan, but I'm not sure if that's possible with the Jet7. p8baller07 Posted May 29, 2004 Posted May 29, 2004 My 120mm blowhole is actaully intake, it really drops case temps....I only have 1 fan in the back and thats exhust. and 2 in the front are intake (they dont bring in much air because my case doesnt have any holes in the front) And my CPU fan brings air to the CPU Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
