CheeseMan42 Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Google is planning the demise of Flash in the Chrome browser, with the beginning of the end coming next month with the release of Chrome 53. Google is starting with "tiny and non-visible Flash content, such as tracking and fingerprint cookies," and will later remove support for Flash altogether in Chrome 55 with some exceptions planned for "sites which only support Flash." Chrome 55 is expected to be available in December of this year and with it, HTML5 looks to become the new default for web browsers. AkakmanH Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I do not like Chrome at all. The fact that Chrome is owned by Google means that, like Win 10 and IE, it will soon be very intrusive. Big Brother watching gives me real concern..........
