potatochobit Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 is it normal to do an RMA with just returning the bare product? they dont want me to send the original box or packaging they said put it in a bag with bubble peanuts... my R9 290X frequently suffers from black screen failure I had to send like 3 or 4 emails and fill out forms with the S/N part number and sku at least 3 separate times, lol finally I got my RMA #
El_Capitan Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 That's always the case for me. No RMA process I've ever done asked the unit to be put in the original box with accessories. They just want you to protect the product during shipping. I put it in an anti-static bag, covered in bubble wrap, and packed with peanuts. Boinker Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Both Intel and Eva have been good to me. Turn around time for the Intel board was 1 and a half weeks and the evga stuff was 2 weeks. Im a happy client.
