Bios unlock for GTX 680FTW

Is there some software I can use to flash the bios for my GTX 680ftw's? I want to unlock the voltage controls

Yes. Just flash the BIOS to unlock it, but before doing that clarify whether it voids the warranty or not.

Before doing ANYTHING with your BIOS make sure and create a backup copy of your current BIOS using GPUz.  Read ALL instructions for each of the utilities I linked above before attempting to unlock, modify or flash a new BIOS to your video card.

I don't think you can unlock the voltage controls with just a BIOS flash. It's the major complaint of many GTX 600 enthusiasts. Nvidia has a tight reign on keeping them locked. It's why an unlocked and overclocked HD 7970 kicks its butt.

Can't you unlock the voltage upper limit percentages though?  I could have swore I read somewhere that you might be able to change the upper limit to 135% or something like that?  Please correct or educate me if I'm wrong.  I want to make sure I'm providing solid information
