Stonerboy779 Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I use meth basically any alcohol that is near to pure 95%+ is perfect. It makes a great solvent and evaporates quickly. On my current build an air bubble popped in the tube of tim and I ended up with thermal grease across my 2500k in all sorts of places I didnt want. I practically drowned the cpu in 98% pure methalated spirits (bought from the local hardware store for cleaning up when painting ect.) and 5 mins later or so I had the the cpu in my mobo and booting without issue.
