What watt rating is the Potentiometer that you are using? medbor Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 If they are paralell fans, in series with the potentiometer, then it totally depends on how much the potentionmeter can handle (and it will get warm). Otherwise i wouldn't know what you where thinking. I usually leave mine at 7V (between +12 and +5), i know it not optimal, but they don't pull many watts so it should be semi-ok...
