You mark a spot with the mark spell then you can teleport there with the recall spell. You can only mark one place at a time. Other "fast" travel is ships or siltstridrrs which you pay to ride and they only go to towns from towns. Teleporting withing the mages guild locations which you pay to do. Finally by first finding propline indexes and then the right chambers to slowly build up another network of teleports in a collection of scattered ruins.
