Benchmarking // Temp Programs

Hi everyone-

 

I'm new to building computers. I just got done building my first computer. I would like some help on finding out the best way to benchmark the computer i built. Also I was wondering what is the best temp reader programs. I can read the temps if i go into the bio's but was wonder what programs i can run off the OS.

 

Case = Thermltake Level 10 GT Full Tower Gaming Casevlc

GPU = XFX Radeon HD 6950 Graphics adapter - 2 GB - GDDR5 SDRAM (Flashed BIOS to 6970)

CPU = AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition 3.3Ghz CPU

PSU = Thermaltake Toughpower Grand 80Plus Gold 1200W

Cooling = Corsair Hydro H70 CPU Liquid Cooler // x3 200mm Fans

MoBo = ASUS Crosshair IV Extereme AMD 890FX Socket AM3

Storage = Crucial C300 128GB 2.5 SATA Solid State Drive // Hitachi 2TB Serial ATA HD 7200/64MB/SATA-6G

RAM = Corsair Vengeance 16GB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz 4x4

O.S. = Wndows 7 Ultimate (64bit)
