Speedway Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 When I run Kombuster, benchmarking mode, 1920x1080 16X CSAA, my max temp on my top card is 48C, bottom is 35C. Hopefully Galaxy is quick on their RMA's, I have never owned one of their products, so I have no experience with them!

paulktreg Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 I'm folding on two GTX460's, one's running at 68 deg C and the other at 77 deg C and that's with the side panel removed!
El_Capitan Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Watercooled, max temp on hottest overclocked GTX 460 1GB is 47C running Dual GPU Furmark at 1920x1200 16X CSAA. I've never known artifacting happening to heat issues. I'm sure it's just a bad card.
usaweapon777 Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 well I will never purchase a galaxy card again!!! They have no customer service They say 24/7 tech support but no is there and no one called back. Thank goodness this thing tanked before neweggs 30 day return went up. There gonna take the old card and send me a new one. Thank you Newegg for not SUCKING LIKE GALAXY
El_Capitan Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Lol, good thing for Newegg! Good to know that about Galaxy, too. Maybe this is why people go EVGA, MSI, and ASUS?
IVIYTH0S Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 In a Galaxy far far away....from good service
usaweapon777 Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 (edited) yeah you can say that again. Yeah I only bought the card from them cause it had good performance reviews and newegg had it cheap. Yeah I'm definitely not using them next time. I've had xfx cards and sapphire's and HIS's and they all have been fine.
