PeterJ3 Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Yesterday I was play crysis on medium all day no problems with about 30FPS and now today I start it up and it's lagging like crazy so I scanned for optimal performance and it put everything on low with resolution of 800x600. It was on 1280*768 and everything medium so not sure what the hell happened. Anyone have any ideas?
tkrow21 Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Background processes? Maybe a backup or virus scan was running when you tried today?
PeterJ3 Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Background processes? Maybe a backup or virus scan was running when you tried today? Speedway Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Background processes? Maybe a backup or virus scan was running when you tried today? This would be the 1st place I would look. If everything was running smooth yesterday, then it should today as well! Make sure you are not using resources during gaming that aren't needed! Speedway Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 My whole computer actually seems slower today... Then I would say something is going on that is afftecting your performance. Have you already restarted your comp? Is it still running slower after?
