dr_bowtie Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Just as the title says....is it possible... Currently I have a Abit X38 QuadGT board that has 3 PCI-E slots and I currently have a 4850 in it... Now I was thinking about setting folding up on the rig with a 4850X2-2gb card and then filling the other 2 slots with say , maybe 2 GTS-250 cards and getting them all to fold... Probably going to use Win7-64bit as it seems to do a better job than XP currently I just wonder if it will work and how much hassle it will be to set this up... dr_bowtie Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 well the 4850 is coming out for a 4850X2....but I do have the extra slots.... but I may swap the board for a Gigabyte UD3p and use the Abit to make a dedicated folding rig and fill it with 3-GTS-250 cards...?
