Good Temps?

AMD Athlon XP-M 2600+ @ 2.03ghz

 

CPU: 20c Idle and 24c Full load

 

CASE: 15c Idle and 17c Full load

Thermalright SP-97 w/ 92mm Tornado

ATI x1650 Pro

1024MB Kingston 3200

Yeah, those temps are fine, but what program are you using to get those temps? 4 celcius difference between idle and full load seems a bit odd. Also, where do you live? Those temps are super low. I'd kill for those lol.

prime95 heat test for 30 mins. @ full load.

 

Right now I am in Northern California, It's 58f outside. windows are closed tho. its prolly ~75 inside

75F = 24C... Your idle temps are lower than ambient and your full load temps are just about ambient (even slightly lower)

Are you sure about these temps? Seems odd to me.

 

And your case is way below ambient, that is either very wrong or just fantastic!

This. You won't ever go below (or even get to) ambient without phase change or a TEC.
