Zalman Heatpipe?

Can Tweakmonster BGA Ramsinks be put on underneath a Zalman ZM80C-HP Heatpipe, I dont think so from the picure so I wanted to see if anyone had done this?

i dont think you can.....from what i read.....

They won't fit. You'll have to keep your stock / none heatsinks if you want to use the Zalman. It fits way too close for them to work.

Then would I be better getting the bga's and a Vantec ICEBERQ4 rather than the zalman or maybe some big . HS and a fan

and these should fit. Or you could find yourself the OZC copper finned ramsinks and mod them.

Meuh im in the UK and the only other ones that I can get are the coolermaster copper/aluminum do you think that these would fit?

for the gpu side it would. For the side facing up u would probably have to mod them and make them about 1/2 as tall

i would go with the iceberq4...it's what i'm using on my 9800se. It comes with copper ramsinks too.

 

if you have an nVidia card...get the iceberq4 pro.

for an ati card...get the iceberq4 regular. (both around 12-15 bucks USD)
