I haven't bumped the voltage at all either though. I tried to overclock my friend's EVGA (576mhz model) up to my 260's levels and it couldn't do quite my speeds but could breach 700mhz no problem. Mine I think topped out at maybe 745 or 750 before the bios volt mod, but I still haven't found my absolute max. You may have to up your shader clocks more to get the gpu clocks stable. Vantage would let me run unstable clocks though, I could overclock higher in Vantage but then when I'd run Devil May Cry 4 or play Command and Conquer, it'd crash in less than 5 minutes.
