Clay Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Yeah that's one of the reasons. Why I try to shoo people away from kits. Often the parts are not easy to replace. Except through the manufacturer. Sometimes not even then. And any upgrades are usually impossible. I find it interesting to note. That on this kinda' stuff. Most "Professional" reviews don't post ambeint temps. But it looks like you're doing pretty good temp wise..
Coors Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 @Clay The freezone isn't really a kit so to speak. It isn't like a regular watercooling kit that comes with the parts and pieces that you put together yourself. It comes in the box ready to go. Your right about the upgrading part though as taking it apart and adding your own water block or modding it with more tecs will void the warrenty. But I say warrenties are for sissies lol....if it ain't broke fix it till it is:tooth:
puzzled Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I got it back some time ago & was able to set up the replacement unit. It's working fine, with no leakage. The turn around was fast on the replacement. Great customer service.
