I went to the linked website aand looked at the spec chart.

 

There is a heading on the output section that's not clear what it stands for.

But it does indicate +5% - -5%.

If this is indeed the power output regulation tolerance, then this is of a standard quality.

There are many more power supplies out there that provide tighter power regulation tolerance. Just from recollection, PCP& C spec on their high performance series

is 1% tolerance. I believe their silent series is 3%. Antec had some at 3%.

My OCZ 520ADJ is either 3% or 2%.

 

I believe the old IBM spec was 5% tolerance and should really be the maximum tolerance level percentage.
