Aren't we taking this a little too seriously? I mean there was a picture in the joke thread of a redneck drinking beer and smoking a cigarette with a gun in his arm, whilst driving, and that was funny. Why does it have to be a scandal? It's not like it's a picture of some famous black guy-turned-white guy ex-pop star holding his kid over a balcony, is it? Oh, wait...

Sorry if this became a bigger deal than I meant it to (and took it way, way off topic). Gun safety is just one of those things I feel strongly about. It's a right that comes with a very heavy responsibility.

you are 100% correct, my father and i both have guns which we treat as if always loaded, we dont abuse them, we respect them for what it can do if mistreated, etc..

 

i just didnt think a funny PWN3D! picture would start this much of a ruckus...
