Slipstreamed SP2 disk didn't work though... wouldn't copy all the files... just hung. If this fails I'll try to install on the IDE HDD I bought. IDE hard drive is proving to be a classy lady.... mostly because windows file copying won't finish so I can't check to see if windows installs correctly. I'm using memory that's passed memtest... I've disabled the SATA ports and raid drivers, the audio, lan and firewire............ Please if anyone can think of a solution, please let me know.
