dougieboy99 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 morning everybody.....i was playin world of warcraft this morning when all of a sudden my pc totally shut off.....it was weird tried to turn it back on but nothing.i was thinkin it could be just somthing over heated and my pc will not turn back on..or that the power supply went on me? possibly the mobo as well? any suggestions you have to how i can figure this problem out would be greatly appericated. dougieboy99 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 ok i unplugged everything from the power supply and unplugged everything from the mobo.its still doing the same thing turnin the fans and powerin up for 1 sec then shuttin off and not powering up...this is getting very fustrating cuz this comp seems to have nothing but problems....where do i go from here?new power supply? BDore Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Before actually buying a new one, make sure that's the cause of your problems. Try borrowing a psu from a friend and test it.
