Vassili Zaitsev Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Looking in anandtech it seems that 6800gs totally owns the x800gto, and gto2, so, i think the safest and best "stock" card is the 6800gs, but the option of gto2@xt seems nice. http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2593&p=3 Nah, GS owns in almost every game the x800XL, so i think the best way to go is the 6800GS. divided Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 i have the 6800 gs and its great. i overclock it to 495/1.12 with 0 issues. thats a great overclock for a 200 card. i get ~35 fps average in cod2 at high settings. res at 1024/768. temps reach ~68 under full load. thats with the fan set to sipin full speed at all times.
