poopshotgun Posted August 17, 2006 Posted August 17, 2006 I just finished listening to Agalloch's new album Ashes Against the Grain and now I'm listening to In the Shadow of Our Pale Companion by Agalloch. I am observing the law of Agalloch in that I can ONLY listen to them when its cloudy GOTH! Are they newer? I'm into 80's and 90's style. The whole Goth-Industrial scene died in my neck of the woods...
Lesaonar Posted August 17, 2006 Posted August 17, 2006 Did either of you catch Bauhaus or Sisters of Mercy when they toured over the last few months? Both were pretty good shows in Vancouver Bauhaus right before halloween and Sisters a month or so later.
poopshotgun Posted August 17, 2006 Posted August 17, 2006 Saw Sisters in Portland OR , actually paid $75 for the concert because I forgot my tickets. I thought they rocked, but it turned out only my friend's wife and I were dancing. Sucked butt as far as the crowd went. Crystal Ballroom kicks nutz with the ball-bearing third floor; You think the whole thing's going to crash, but you keep stomping harder.
