What BIOS to use with NF4 ULTRA-D + TCCD

What BIOS should I use for my NF4 ULTRA-D + TCCD combination.

welcome to the street, first of all you should fill in your sig. it is stated in the rules and makes giving advice a whole lot better for both parties.

 

i am using the bios it was shipped with 6.23.

But be careful with your voltage . Don't use anything above 113%.

Can I ask why? I simply want to know out of curiosity as I hadnt heard this before.

Well, with my bios (623-3) I can't get over 270 2.5-3-3-7 1T

Also my cpy won't go over 2700MHz stable, and yes, he used to go faster.

 

I've also noticed my yellow ram slots don't work anymore, should I RMA my mainboard?
