Dirk Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 My computer boots up to display the desktop, but the start button and the whole lower tool bar is gone. Clicking on icons still works, but I can't get to most of my programs... Any ideas?

Kilamon Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 There are a couple knowledge base articles on this. Here are the links... http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;260825 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;174659 You need to be a little more specific when posting, too. Things like, "I'm running windows 95" would help. Also, have you tried running SpyBot S&D, anti-virus checks, etc? Are you using TweakUI?
