The Maks with handloads are a Great carry arm

With 4.0+ overclocks on air and decent benches with ddr2 the Denebs will do alright. The ddr3 mobos and updated bios will really make them shine.

The AMD processor drivers are usually required to correctly utilize all the cores. There were issues with the first dual cores,using the MS dual core fix and the AMD driver at the same time,but havent heard of any problems since am2.Works fine on my Agenas

How do you know the old proc was bad,and not some other component such as mobo?

Gustie wow same proc and I think bios as mine,Can't remember if its #3. The twinmos PC3700 can get your fsb up and over 250.mine maxed at 266 unstable.265 stable but too much voltage for my blood.250 at 1.95-2.1 vdimm depending on if the mobile was running at 2500 or 2650.2x256 can run forever at 1t command but the 2x512 needs 2t command rate.Just looked it up Hellfires turbo 6-19 on Tmods CD

How about using the onboard power and reset switches.It Is a DFI right? The nf4 ultra has an issue with power good signal to some PSUs.Pull the PSU power cable,Hit the power switch to clear the caps,wait 30-60 minutes, replace power cable and turn on.Learned this from using the famous Aspire 500w.Reason I got a Fortron.If this works get a Fortron, Silverstone,Mushkin works too,thats all I use now,Oh and the Thermaltake in my wifes Asrock.Silverstone and Mushkin have the 8 pin cpu power for the Amd 790,780, 770 mobos also.

for that kind of money the TA770 biostar in my sig has a hell of a lot of clocking options for less money.Getting the DFI fx790 soon after ive researched the bugs and fixes.Also waiting on the newer bioses to be already installed.This TA770 flies at 3.2 g, just running it through the wringer to make sure its stable before upgrading the sig to 3.2 and turning it over to my wife once i get the DFI.

Am i wrong,but i thought you were supposed to save the DMI data.choosing not to save which was default was what caused the problem.cant seem to find where i read this.Anyway when I saved DMI data Ive had no issues.

mauser 98 should be there too,my belgian version circa 1932 is one accurate sporterized piece.9 moa on a good day at 1k meters.

if i remember correctly the infiniti like the lanparty were not quite as firebreathing in the A revision as the B. I dont think they have the modded bios choices of the B revisions either. Unfortunately dual sided sticks of the 512 persuasion prohibit high clocks with 2T command rate.Dual channel with 1 gig sticks i dont think would work,though never tried it.
