Is this really how quad core works?
Theodore replied to Crow47's topic in Processors, Motherboards and Memory
If thats how Quad Core worked, what would be the point? Multiple cores are meant to make things faster, not slower. -
It's probably all those cut scenes. Yes, they can fit a boat load of video on there with h.264, but this is Metal Gear Solid we're talking about!

Macbook all the way! You can't beat Apple's styling and elegance. Not to mention OSX is not only as stable and secure as you're gonna get, it's also alot of fun to use.

When i first got my cable modem i had to call the ISP and give them the MAC address and all. If i were to get a new cable modem, would i have to call them again and have them update their information? Or would it just be plug and play? Thanks!

How did you fix it? I've had this exact same problem for as long as i can remember.

Ok, i am sufficiently whizzed off as of now. I've got two hard drives here, my first one with windows, and my second one with a windows partition and a blank partition (for Linux). Now, i can install Mandrake 10.1 and Fedora Core 3 with no problems whatsoever. But i can't, for the life of me, get SuSE 9.2 to work (I
