cjloki Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 there are 2 programs id rather not run at startup but i don't see how to modify the startup list in w7. these are lavasoft ad-aware and spybot s+d. i know how to shut them down in vista using the windows defender tools options but i haven't been able to figure it out in w7. have any of you found a way to change up the startup programs after booting in w7 and if so would you give me a few pointers please. thanx cj B:) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

NCC10281982B Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I usually open the registry editor and remove the offending keys. Its the same procedure as in XP and I thing vista too.
