Will it run?

Specs are in my sig, I can get this cpu up to 5.5ghz pretty easily and my gpu overclocks pretty well too. Will I be able to play crysis on high settings? (maybe max settings?)

I actually built a friend of mine a rig that runs 6950s in Crossfire on a old AMD 965.

Crysis 3, with the exception of Anti Aliasing and Objects is pretty much maxed out at 1920X1080.

What do you mean by "Max" settings ?

If by "Max" you mean 8xMSAA,16xAF with everything on very high then definitely no, my GTX690 can barely manage that at 1920x1080 lol

But Guru3D did a very nice test on graphics cards for Crysis 3.

1920x1200 at Very High with FXAA (the lowest AA setting in the game IMO) on 6970 = 23FPS

1920x1200 at High with FXAA on 6970 = 38FPS

You will be able to play it, but you may have to lower some settings past "High" to get a smooth 60FPS
