  1. Mine too sometimes, if I take the battery out and measure it, its 3.00v
  2. Its an butt to get that to work, not sure if there is a way, without running some 3rd party software on the pc. You maybe able to get it to work by bridging the wlan and lan connections on pc (select both, right click, bridge), and there maybe some options in router need changing, and you'll probably need to set the ip manually in the xbox. I'm not too sure really tho, I never got it to work, wasnt too important and I couldnt be bothered playing with it. Networking is a bit gay when it doenst work lol.
  3. What do you expect if you have a chip that does that?
  4. Made this for myself, maybe its useful to someone else!
  5. Dont buy it then, but tbh I didnt have any major problems, I flashed it as soon as it was up and running tho. Why dont you wanna flash it, its no big deal with tmods bios cd? It really is an amazing board for the price.
  6. Mine dont beep. Try the ram in the orange slots, or try just one module in every slot, to see if you can get it to post.
  7. From that I'd say you need 1.6v and better cooling.
  8. Me too, you've probably just nicked a track in the cpu pcb, and thats why it dont work right.
  9. Yeah youre right actually, I was comparing it to my dc opty @ 3ghz But even still, you get to a point with normal cooling where upping the voltage doesnt help the overclock, since the extra heat generated is detrimental to the stability.
  10. Dont really matter with that setup, because much over 1.5v and its gonna get too hot. I ran my winny at 1.525 pretty much 24/7 for a couple of years no problem.
  11. Why not an opteron 165? I just got one from america, was £150 inc customs and delivery, and does 3ghz stable fairly easily! Besides what are you going to do when all new games can use both cores to thier full potential which I'm sure will happen.
  12. Memory settings have a look in the ocdb, and try to find someone with a similar setup, mobo and ram, and go from there.
