vtt is HORRIBLE on nf4!

Recommended Posts

Ok, speed fan is up ... by default, no config on my part the voltages reported are:

vcore1 1.46

vcore2 1.17

other rails (including -5 that I don't have but shows 1.98)

and Vbat.

mbm shows:

vcore 1.46

ldt 1.17

chipset 1.49

So as near as I can tell

mbm5's vcore == sf vcore1

mbm5's ldt = sf Vcore2

mbm5's chipset - no sf correlation

The -5V rail is the one I'm measuring. I just reconfigure OCCT by starting it going into options resetting sensor config. Choose speedfan, then choose the voltage for Vcore that is the voltage you want to measure. then run OCCT.

Speedfan has charting built in just check the appropriate boxes.

well I can't seem to post over at Xtreme ATM, but it appears that Oskar Wu has fired his return shot with a set of his own Oscope readings.

yes...but we're not interested in memtest readings (maybe memtest #8 for a part)...problems arise in OCCT/Prime in Windows.

based on what I saw available on speedfan, I assume your occt graph was looking at the ldt voltage - which would also be real scary if it is really fluctuating that much!

LDT is measured off of Vcore 2. This is the -5V reading which I've yet to pin down. It may be nothing but it's odd how it tracks (it's definitely measuring something, though the scale may be way off) and google produced no mention of what it might be for.
