YanBooth Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 I was wondering how well Crucial XMS RAM and DFI motherboards worked together, anyone want to enlighten  me? Yan

YanBooth Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 I don't have a DFI setup at the moment. I was aking if in general it works or not. I am planning to buy the DFI SLI-d when it hits the market, with two gigs of RAM, a.k.a 4x512 Crucial XMS series. I have a stick of XMS in my crappy Dell, and its great... RGone Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 I am planning to buy the DFI SLI-d when it hits the market, with two gigs of RAM, a.k.a 4x512 Crucial XMS series No frigging clue what so ever to memory of choice for the not even released boards. The dang chipset may prove to be 'very' memory specific when the board does appear and of that there is absolutely no current knowledge. RGone... YanBooth Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 OK, say on current mobo's that have NO relation to the SLI-D, do they do OK with Corsair?
Angry_Games Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 we have no idea what will or will not work on motherboards that we dont have released, nor other mfg's motherboards. for DFI motherboards, Crucial should have no problem working. are you sure you are not talking about Corsair XMS?
