Problems Oc Phenom9850be

Recommended Posts

the problem here is not the ram, it is the chip, every thing about these chips that I have read states that there is little to no oc potential. If you were looking for an ocing chip why did you buy a phenom? not trying to be harsh here, but seriously.

man where to start....

As in a post stated...drop the ram on a divider...?

some of you know that with 65mn CPUs dividers do NOTHING...anyone use a Brisbane CPU?

65nm CPU are very ram dependent and Quads even more so...I would recommend either playing with the ram timings or trying the faster ram...

For those of you who just say the CPU is bunk...? not so...

the blame is more so justified in very a immature bios... the bugs just have not been worked out yet and same goes for the chipsets...

for those of you playing with Phenoms you are the test guinea pigs...;)

well i was able to get it to load into windows eventually at 3.0, i had to up the voltage on my FSB and HT in order to do this.

It's most def not stable at 3.0 but its very stable at 2.8 and i haven't had any problems with it since.
