Just because your temperatures are really, really, really low, doesn't mean you will get the highest overclock because your motherboard and CPU can only do so much. You are partly correct in that statement in the fact that yes phase is not for everyone in fact it is not for most lol, but have you ever seen a world record overclock or benchmark score achieved on air or water? Although its pretty much been proven that you will always have upgraded to a new computer or cpu by the time such things occurred....
