kingdingeling Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 At 1024x768, he should be able to play full force all high with that setup! Maybe Vista is indeed to blame, although I won't explicitly say that here, as I'll get flamed down by Waco or someone immediately
NCC10281982B Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Something else wired happened. After the cut scene at the boat most of my screen went blank but I could still hear that guy yelling.
kingdingeling Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Now that's really weird... You wanna try and run some 3Dmark06 in loops? Cause things like that make me think you have a broken card Btw, the Seine is a river in France

airman Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 (edited) i've got the q6600 @ 3.2, 2gb ram, 8800gts 320 and i run on high detail with no aa and 1440x900. probably between 30 and 40 fps most of the time. that's on vista ultimate, most recent nvidia drivers. i also agree with running 3dm06 in a loop, and see if you can get a crash/bad performance. Bosco Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Ya Crysis and ATI are not friendly thats for sure <_ hope fully that is corrected in the first patch. src="%7B___base_url___%7D/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png" alt=":)">
NCC10281982B Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 I'll see what a 3dmark run does. BTW the sig quote is great clay.
kingdingeling Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Bosco, have you had problems in Crysis as well (if you play it)? Cause it seems like I'm the only one that hasn't had ATI + Crysis problems Maybe I'm just awesome... Or it's because Crysis was developed by Germans, it's got a bonus feature for Germans: Button for you guys: Play Crysis = Launch Errors Button for us: Play Crysis, get an extra 20fps, have a cookie
