Rehit Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 now that i have totally rebuilt the machine from scratch... new Gigabyte P35-DS4. the Q6 is X38 now and is $299.99. new 120 Ultra Cooler and fan. new 8800GTX card... the 1st has issues with the fan scraping the cooling shroud. i guess the DVD drive falling on top of it knocked the fan askew. i will be trying to repair that since UPS does not want the old parts...hehe the question is what do i charge UPS for my labor? i was thinking 4 hours @$50/hr. does this seem like a reasonable charge to disassemble and reassemble the PC? Rehit Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 that is why he had me build it for him... he has minimal skills. since UPS tried to destroy it when i sent it to him, he had to reinstall the heatsink fan. he did not even think to see if it was running... when he sent it back to me, was when UPS really destroyed it... i am delivering it in person this trip.
