Nexus89 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Personally I would go with Alienware or Dell, but from the options you mention I'd go with the HP. Better service and better reliability. I would stay away from the Acer Ferrarri, it's all show for the most part. I really can't say much about the 3rd option because I've never used them but I dare to say the HPs can top them. hockeyrcks9901 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Go with the Inspiron 9300 from Dell. I have it and I use it for everything. It plays all my games with settings on high. It cost me around $1500 USD for it but I'm seriously considering upgrading my proc cause its a little slow. Also, Dell customer support is pretty easy to work with. You just say look, "I payed so and so dollars for this and I want it fixed NOW for FREE!" And they're like "Okay masta, whatever you say masta." Its great. hockeyrcks9901 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 ^that compared to my 9300 is no comparison for the money. I spent $500 less too. If I didn't get the extended warrenty I would have save another I think $300.
