Nerm Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 That is odd because with FW off I get a higher score in all benches even when at the same core and mem speeds for both FW on and off.
markiemrboo Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Clearly not the case here Maybe due to my crappy CPU overclock I guess? Only explanation I can come up with...

I see just about no difference, scores with both on or off are in the margin of error or regular repeted run variations.
markiemrboo Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Could be I guess. Sucks that I have an nvidia in that case

markiemrboo Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 In the case where I have an X850 XT PE I think it might be because I am CPU limited or something. Would explain the small 3dmark increases with rather large graphics card overclocks... I think?

Once you reach a certain oc, you scores wont raise nearly as much until you up the cpu. I am the opposite, horribly gpu limited (trusty r350 still takes anything I throw at it tho!)
