posey Posted December 29, 2002 Posted December 29, 2002 I keep getting this message when joining the OCC channel. *** #overclockersclub.com You must identify to a registered nickname before you can join that channel. It disconnected me the other night while I was at idle. Now every time I try to connect I get that message and none of my settings have changed <_<

d3bruts1d Posted December 29, 2002 Posted December 29, 2002 Well.. I know what the problem is, I just don't have the ability to fix it. Till Psywar or LP can come in, your can get in by registering your nick on the IRC server. To do that, type: /nickserv REGISTER Then whenever you connect to the server, you will need to identify yourself so you can use that nick. Example: /nickserv IDENTIFY posey mypassword You can also place that in the preform option inside of mIRC to keep from having to type it everytime.
