Click on the option above the highlighted in the picture, then click on the option in light blue. PC.txt Click on the only option left, and you'll get this bar. And, voila! Stat points! Its such craping bull crap. I dont lose any exp or my location its just a pain in the mothercraping butt. anyone have this prblm?
