FanATIc205 Posted May 15, 2004 Posted May 15, 2004 yes i have seen mouse problems from over clocking mainly on my abit nf7s. i think it was the dp-102 review we did. when i jury rigged the fan i would lose my mouse completly
p8baller07 Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 I dont want to underclock....I think the FSB increase increase is somehow affecting the mouse/keyboard controller. Ill research it more, i tryed bring down the click time.
Mangar Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 Make sure you have locked the AGP/PCI settings to stock. I've seen that cause weird probs' if that is oced as well.
p8baller07 Posted May 16, 2004 Posted May 16, 2004 Yeah, this is what i've found "Overclocking advances the PCI bus beyond 33Mhz the resulting increased (odd) values can adversely effect the operation of the Universal Serial Bus. Return the FSB (Front Side Bus) to default values before you do anything else" But my mouse isnt USB is PS/2 ill go look now if it is..
