Been running a 120 for the last year and a half and just upgraded the wife's to a 480 chromos and now I'm getting one. Go nvidia. Can't go wrong with nvidia. Asinorum Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) Alright, I decided to buy two GTX 970 windforces off a guy for $500 including the sli bridge. It sounds like a good deal considering the 970's go for over $300 new. Anyways, I have two questions: 1) Will my Corsair TX850w power supply I have had from like 2010 be okay to run the cards? I'm not sure how much efficiency/wattage the power supply loses over time. I want to say it was bronze rated? 2) My Asus Sabertooth P67 MB is PCI-e 2.0x16 single and dual running at x8 x8 (I believe). Will this bottle neck the cards with my current build?
