[Q] GTX 770 2gb playing Watch Dogs with Ultra Textures

Again, it doesn't sound like you understand what components affect what in a game. Sorry, but I'm not going to get into get into game development with you. If you don't understand what a CPU does or RAM does within a game, you should do some research.

I am well aware what each part does for games.

Cpu takes things like

Tracking Objects, such as NPCs.

Hit detection, this includes actions of the player like opening stuff or riding in a vehicle.
AI

To name a few.

Ram is just storing variables and the game content, the more you have, the better.

WD is just badly coded (and thus un-optimized) because it doesn't take advantage of the components used in a good manner like a developer who actually does take its time to code a game correctly.

If the performance issues are being fixed by a patch (which it will, you can count on that) that should be proof that the game optimization was shit and they finally did something because everyone is complaining.

Plus, optimization is quite a large statement as it can mean several things depending on the context it is being used.

But like i have said before, i will drop the topic now as it leads to no where and is way of topic to begin with lol.

I don't wanna fight with you guys, but in my personal opinion the "programmers" needed more time to polish the game performance, in the ubisoft forums there is too many people talking about this, someone who have the Titan with 6gb vRAM have serious problem with stutter and fps drops (10~14fps).
