My uncle is coming from the US in november and I really have my eyes set on the sapphire r9 270x. Mainly I want to upgrade so that I can get smoother gameplay with upcoming titles like BF4. Do you guys think I should go with it or wait for the next gen cards? The problem is that the prices in my country tend to be waaay higher as compared internationally and if I get it from my uncle, I would be getting it for its original price. Max I can spend is $220 and the thing is that I am currently between jobs. I'll be upgrading by selling off my card and old phone here which can easily get me the 270x or the 7800 series. A new 7950 costs Rs. 40k for the gigabyte one and 34.5k for the club3d one.
