Running without Vsync will produce visual anomolies. At most, you'll see a 10 millisecond additional delay with Vsync on versus off...so it's probably not enough to really change your perception of the display time. Try turning it on and leaving it on for a while to see if you "adapt" to it.

Depends on the person and the game. Some people can process more, visually, than others, and some games just don't work well with V-Sync *cough*Dead Space*cough*. Triple buffering gets rid of the delay though.

Triple buffering increases the delay slightly but increases your average FPS over regular vsync.

Are you joining servers far away from you?

 

Not really, Im from Belgium and my server is in France, that shouldn't be the problem.

Not sure what the problem is, still having some kind of stutter in my games.
