Tjj226_Angel Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 You should be able to. For a short while I have 12GB of mushkin triple channel memory and 6gb of PNY memory in my computer all running at the same time. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes the system did not post with all 18 GB of ram. Sometimes it was only 16-8GB. Since I had and actually still have my asus board, all I did was pushed mem OK and restarted the system. Since that point everything worked fine. I think it wasn't until I started doing more overclocking that I took the 6GB out to push the OC to 4GHZ. So unless you are trying to OC your CPU, you should be fine to go ahead and do it. Waco Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 You won't have issues mixing it...but you may have issues overclocking with all banks full like that.
